About Socrates Greek School
Socrates Greek School is a Not-For-Profit independently operated Greek school which offers Greek Heritage Language programs in Vancouver and the lower mainland since 1975. Since its inception, Socrates Greek School has been operated by the parents and guardians of the students who volunteer their time to provide the best possible education for our students.
The school is administered by the board of directors who are elected by the parents at the Annual General Meeting each year. Socrates Greek School has been an integral part of the lower mainland Greek Community for over 35 years.
Socrates Greek School classes are held once a week in Vancouver and Surrey. Some of the subjects we cover are language, culture, history and Greek dancing.
